Consumer Health Data Policy

This Supplemental Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice (“Notice”) supplements PureFit’s Privacy Policy and applies to the collection and use of Consumer Health Data as defined under applicable U.S. state laws, including the Washington My Health My Data Act and Nevada Consumer Health Data Privacy Law.
In the event of a conflict between this Notice and our Privacy Policy, this Notice controls with respect to Consumer Health Data.

1) What Is Consumer Health Data

“Consumer Health Data” means personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to you and that identifies or relates to your physical or mental health, fitness, or wellbeing.
This includes non-medical data collected through fitness, exercise, posture, and wellness services.

2) Categories of Consumer Health Data We Collect

We collect Consumer Health Data only as needed to provide our online personal training and fitness coaching services, or with your consent.

Fitness goals, exercise preferences, and training history
Posture, mobility, and movement-related information
Body measurements and progress indicators you choose to provide
Workout check-ins, assessments, and coaching responses
Photos or videos you upload for form review or coaching feedback

3) Sources of Consumer Health Data

We collect Consumer Health Data from the following sources:

Directly from you during onboarding, assessments, and coaching
From your interactions with our website, apps, and services
From content you voluntarily submit, such as messages or videos

4) Why We Collect and Use Consumer Health Data

We collect and use Consumer Health Data solely to:

Provide personalized workout plans and coaching guidance
Support posture improvement, strength training, and progress tracking
Communicate with you about your training and check-ins
Improve the quality and effectiveness of our services
Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

5) How We Share Consumer Health Data

We do not sell Consumer Health Data.
We may share Consumer Health Data only with:

Service providers who help us operate our platform (e.g. hosting, analytics)
Coaches involved in providing your requested services
Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law

All service providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for permitted purposes.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

Confirm whether we collect or use your Consumer Health Data
Access and review your Consumer Health Data
Request correction or deletion of your Consumer Health Data
Withdraw consent for our collection or use of your Consumer Health Data

We may update this Notice from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We will use Consumer Health Data in accordance with the Notice in effect at the time the data was collected.
