Our Story

PureFit started in 2013 with in-person fitness coaching, helping members train safely, move better, and build sustainable strength through well-designed exercise programs.

Working closely with exercise scientists and experienced coaches, we developed evidence-based training structures that combine strength training, posture exercises, mobility, and corrective work-focused on long-term progress rather than quick fixes.

Over time, we saw that many people needed flexibility, guidance, and accountability beyond physical locations, which led us to shift toward online personal training that delivers the same structured coaching experience remotely.

Today, alongside our online personal coaching, we continue to train members in our functional fitness studio, using real-world feedback to refine our exercise library, improve coaching methods, and continuously evolve the PureFit training system.
